It's the first day of the month. 14 days to go and it'll be my special day. I wonder how I'm gonna celebrate it in this time of crisis. hay..

I hope that flood in Pasig will subside soon. It is still knee-deep and most of our appliances are still immersed. I left my other half there and I'm uber worried. I just want everything be back in to normal. Though I know it's like starting over again. Not only for us but to other families as well. Dad told me that there's still no electric current and I can totally think and feel how difficult that situation is. No ac nor electric fan and it's almost a week now. Plus staying in the second floor day and night. Doing everything there. All cellphones are battery drained and there's even no dial tone. It really like the world stop revolving when you are there. It's an urban place yet it seem so far from everything. I still can't imagine how great nature is, being able to destroy everything we have in just one day. I know a lot are more affected. Many have lost more valuable things and for others even life. I should be thankful that for dad's family, it's only material things. No matter how pricey they would be, what matters is the family is complete.

Well.. I think I should not be planning anything for my birthday. Hence, I still want to celebrate it even in the simplest way.

I hope everything will fall into places in 14days.
